12-03-1970 Regular MeetingMIAMI SHORES VILLAGE PENSION BOARD MEETING December 3, 1970 A meeting of the Miami Shores Village pension board was held on December 3, 1970 at Uncle Johnis Pancake house, Biscayne Blvd. The follmffing were present: John Ur. McIntyre Michael J, Franco Glen Byrd Edwin B. Cole James Fowler Gerald McFarlin In the absence of Mayor Nicholson, Mr. Cole chaired the meeting. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved The application for retirement and certification by the actuary on James N. Cliatt was approved, subject to Mr. Cliatt having the right to change the Reversionary Annuity option he had elected. The application for retirement and certification by the actuary on James Tanner was approved. Mr. Fowler moved that pension board meetings to approve applications for retirement be held at least 30 days prior to an employees retirement date. Mr. McIntyre seconded the motion, and it passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 8:15 a. m.
