The regular meeting of the Miami Shores Village Code Enforcement Board
was held on October 3, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. at the Miami Shores Village Hall.
The meeting was called to orderby the Chairman, Barry R. Asmns, with the
following members present: Barry K. Asmus, Chairman
Thomas J. Caldwell
Royal D. LaBarre
John L. Stokesberry
John A. Patnik, Jr.
Absent: Owen D. Henderson, III, Margaret Burch, kg Daniel B. Owens
Also present: Frank LuBien, Director of Code Enforcement
RichardTrumble, Code Enforcement Inspector
1. MINUTES - SEPTEMBER 6, 1991
The minutes of the meeting of September 6, 1991 were approved by a motion
made by Mr. Stokesberry, seconded: by'Mr,.LaBarre, and carried unanimously.

Mr. LuBien introduced the case and presented the facts which is a violation
against See 12-133 a rear carport as an unsafe structure,
Mr. Caldwell made a motion. for Finding' of. Fact the violation does exist,
Conclusion. of Law,:this is a violation. of Sec 12-133. of the Miami. Shores Village
Code of Ordinance,. ordered that an Administrative fee of $110.00. be assessed, and
a $25..00.per.day fine will become:effective. after 30: days. The motion was seconded

Mr. LuBien said he had received a letter today from Mr, Alfonso requesting
a 30 day extension. He then' read the letter.
Mr. Stokesberry moved.to continue the case to the next meeting, seconded by
Mr. LaBarre'and passed unanimously.

There is water in the pool andit' is extremely dirty.
Mr. LaBarre moved for Finding of Fact and Conclusion of Law a violation does
exist to 10-9 of Miami Shores Village Code of Ordinances. Ordered that $110..00
Administrative fee be assessed and if not corrected. in 30 days a fine of $25.00
per day becomes effective, The motion was seconded by 'Mr. Patnik, and passed
unanimous ly .

Mr. LuBien suggested this case is being removed as Mrs. Ruth Hamm is seeking
