2) VILLAGE COUNCIL Stephen K. Loffredo
A) DISCUSSION REGARDING TROPICAL CHEVROLET.
Mr. Loffredo spoke of his concerns regarding the dealership; citing the lack of vehicles on the lots and rumors of
the loss of a franchise. Mr. Loffredo reiterated his reason for voting against the approval to vacate the roadway
and the important role that Tropical plays in the Village both as a land owner and tax payer. Mr. Loffredo
indicated that different information relating to the status of the dealership was given to Richard Sarafan from the
Tropical attorney and to Tom Benton from Mr. Ian Wildstein. As a result, Mr. Loffredo stated that he would like
to have a copy of the appraisal and a letter indicating the Wildstein's intentions. Mayor Davis related what he
was told during a recent conversation with Mr. Wildstein which was similar to the information provided to Mr.
