The application was for the replacement of a preexisting deck that was old and in need of repairs, however the application was not approved and needed to go through other review entities at which point the decision not to procced was made and look into a pool and patio instead. Therefore, it was my understanding that since a permit was never issues that no further action was required. The permit for the pool and patio being submitted now will replace the old preexisting deck.
