PAY CLASSIFICATION STUDY.
Mr. Forney requested that $6,500 be transferred from the Building and Zoning

funds available for the Comprehensive Plan study. Experience over the last year
plus recent labor negotiations have clearly indicated the need for a review of our
pay and classification system.
