Mr. Benton made a presentation on this subject which had been studied by himself, Frank LuBien, Director Building and Zoning, and Detective Bruce Campora. He pointed out limited vehicle acess's effects on the following': Police services, fire service, traffic flow, garbage and trash collection, natural disasters, legal challenges, insurance, and costs.
