PLANNING BOARD RECOMMENDATIONS/DENIALS.
Meeting

of 2/10/83, Item (3): Non -conforming roof, 875 N. E. 92nd St.,
Paul Kittredge, owner.
The Board recommended approval of re -roofing with
fiberglass shingles based on the fact that the
existing structure will not support a tile roof as substan-
tiated by an engineering report. Mr. McIntosh moved
approval of the Planning Board recommendation.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Spahn and passed
unanimously.
Meeting of 2/24/83, Item (2): Approval of Signs for Mr. Grocer Corp.,
9899 N. E. 2nd Ave.
A discussion took place concerning the use of this property
for a grocery store selling beer and wine in conjunction
with the sale of gasoline which is prohibited by our
zoning ordinance. Mr. Donald Gorenberg of Mr. Grocer Corp.,
argued that the definition of "service station" did not
fit this operation. Mr. McIntosh did not want to approve

The motion was seconded by Mrs. Jensen and passed unanimously.
