Mr. Forney added that the Finance Director has checked this out & supports

Mr. Hutchinson, representing the IMC HMO, made some changes to his
original proposal: routine physical exams are not included by any
doctor of your choice; eyeglasses and dental are also not included if
you choose your own doctor.
The weekly cost of this plan to employees for dependent coverage is
$11.56 for one dependent and $18.51 for two or more dependents. The
present plan costs the employee $40.05 per week for one or more dependents.
The other insurance representatives present asked questions concerning
this coverage as well as the financial stability of the company.
