Everett Donald W. McIntosh Joseph P. Farina (arrived late) Ralph E. Bowen Herbert Spahn, Jr. Mr. 0. Sam Ackley, Village Manager, was also present. This meeting was called on recommendation of the Village Manager to expedite the purchase of one or two garbage trucks as discussed at the last Council meeting, following a bid opening on 7/3/79. The motion was seconded by Mr. Spahn and passed unanimously. Mr. Spahn then moved that a second vehicle be ordered from Tally Embry Ford, as per Mr. Ackley's request, to be paid from the CIF funds and billed subsequent to October 1st, with consideration for replacement to be made in the 7/26/79 -2- upcoming budget.
