04-18-1975 Work Session COUNCIL WORK SESSION
Friday, April 18, 1975, 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall
In attendance: Mayor McIntosh, Councilmen Davis, Condit,
McLeod and Mr. Claussen arriving late

Mayor McIntosh called the meeting to order and the following
items of business were discussed:
1. Auto Inspection Station merger in regard to Sgt. Wylie's
employment. It is Sgt. Wylie's wish to remain on the
Village pension plan and the Village disability benefits.
The Council reviewed a letter of agreement which had
been written by John Greene of the County Manager's office,
spelling out the conditions of acceptance of Mr. Wylie
as a contract employee. The Council referred the agreement
to the Village Attorney and Village Manager to review
these conditions.
2. Fire Dept. merger agreement - Chief Fletcher suggested
a separate electric meter for the Fire Dept. , as well
as a water meter.
Another work shop meeting was set for Monday, April 28, 1975 at
7:00 p.m. , for a Country Club report, the Mandel alley and other
pending business.
The use of the court room facilities by Metro was discussed and how
to get them out.
The Mayor asked for a list of employee earnings for the last year.
The meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
