08-23-1972 Budget Meeting BUDGET MEETING
MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE COUNCIL
August 23, 1972
A budget discussion meeting was held on August 23, 1972, at 4:00 p. m.
at the Village Hall, with the following Council members present:
Mayor Elwood Jones
Mrs. Marjorie A. Dunn
Howard J. McLaughlin
Absent: Raymond L. Clement
Dean R. Claussen
Also in attendance were the Village Manager, the Chief of Police,
the Finance Director and the Village Clerk.
The meeting was called at this time so that the Council could review
the budgets for the Police Department, the Fire Department and the Inspection
Stations with Chief Thurman before he left for vacation.
Chief Thurman went over budget items of each department and
explained increases or decreases as shown.
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 p. m.
