The Council sent for the Club Manager and discussed with him the earliest date upon which he would be able to staff and put the kitchen into operation as a club function. After receiving assurance from him that he would be able to do so within a few days' time, Mr. Carpenter moved that the Village Manager be instructed to take over the complete operation of the kitchen at the Country Club as soon. as possible.
