HELD FESRUARY 10, 1918 A special meeting of the Village Council of Miami Shores Villop, Florida, duly and regularly called by the Mayor of said Village$ was held on February 109 19 .8$ at 7:30 o*cloak$ P.M.$ at the regular meeting place of the Council at the Municipal Office in said Villages, and after all members had been duly notified thereof, for the purpose of considering a resolution to provide for the issuance$ subject to an election, of $125*000 bands of Miami Shores Village for the purpose of paying the cost of constructing and equipping a build- ing for village offices and administration. T � 2 - which will provide such facilities; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by Miami Shores Village& Section 1. For the purpose of paying the cost of constructing and equipping a building for village offices and administration, there shall. be issued, subject to the election hereinafter provided for, the negotiable coupon bonds of Miami Shores Village in the aggregate principal amount of $1259:000* bearing interest at the rate of five per centum (5%) per annum, unless the Village Council shall be able to sell all or part of the bonds bearing interest at a lower rate or rates, such interest being payable semi-annually on the first days of May and November in each year, and maturing annually, May 19 $6,000 in each of the years 1949 to 19639 inclusive,. and $7*000 in each of the years 1964 to 19689 inclusive. Sectiom 29 A special election is hereby ordered to be held on Tuesday, March 16, 19489 for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of Miami Shores Village who are freeholders therein the question whether such bonds shall be issued. Section 3. Mayor of Miami Shores Village Section 4* Said special bond election will be held at the Municipal Office of Miami Shores Village, and Arthur B. Fuller,,andHtMe Gunn are hereby appointed as Inspectors of Election and Earle Le Dutton as Clerk of Election for said special bond election, each of whom is a resident and registered qualified elector of the Village* Section 59 Only qualified electors of Miami Shares Village who are freeholders therein will be permitted to vote at said special bond election, and the Village Manager is hereby directed to furnish to the Inspectors of Elec- tion and Clerk of Election herein appointed a certified list of all the qualified electors who are freeholders residing within said Village.
