01-24-1944 Special Meeting 75 MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE COUNCIL JANUARY 24, 1944. The Miami Shores Village Council held a special meeting on January 24, 1944, with all members present. This meeting was called to consider an agreement to permit Bernard Gertler and his wife, Frieda Gertler, to temporarily occupy a condemned house at 930 N. E. 92nd Street. After discussion, upon motion of Mr. Dooly, seconded by Mr. Earnest, the Council majority approved said agreement, copy of which is attached to and made a part of these minutes, with Mr.Reynolds dissenting and Mr. Arnold not voting. The majority approved this agreement solely because of the housing shortage in this area, and with the distinct understanding that the building would be removed from the Village as set out in the agreement. After which the meeting was adjourned. e Village Ma ger and Cl rk APPROVED: Mayor A lei 9 n V err ' lb A{'xkURE T made this the day of Janw ry, 101.4, ;,d. i,xi oe[,reen bernrd Gertler n:nd 'rle dh, Gertler, Part-' es Of the firet art, trtd 3r *si h:raa Villaa ea, a. univi; zel torpor;t:.ota, F, .a4v n under tLes 104w3 of Le ,`titAo of Floridf.:,, p"r tat o17 the seecon, ?,,rt, of the first part «.re the Omer* in fee siz pie: o ' Lot __i,vven (11.), WLIM UAT ?.I, cccor-ing to the Flat thereof recorded in r1&t Boobs 7, ?w 94 of the ftb:is hec;ords of Lade County, F'lerLi. , wnicb meal o;w.rty $.s located w.tain the coroort,te ii; i:.s ot" izaei tai res Vi21=« a, rnd,, }-fit•idAbs tiAere slt'jated upon said real propeirty a 36s 1. bung, low (950 N.
