MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE COUNCIL
April 3, 1939
A Special Meeting of the Miami Shores Village Council was held
on April 3, 1939. Present were Mayor Carlisle, Mr. Frank 0. Pruitt
and Mr. Hugh H. Gordon, Jr. , members of the Council.
The only business submitted to the Council was the proposed Plat
of Mr. J. B. Ferber, subdividing a tract of land East of East Dixie
Highway on the South side of Biscayne Canal, said subdivision to be
known as River Bay Park. Upon recommendation from the Planning Board
Chairman, Mr. Pruitt made a motion which was seconded by Mr. Gordon
that this plat be approved and authorized execution of same, after
which the meeting was adjourned.
