02-09-1939 Special Meeting February 9, 1939
A Special Meeting of the Miami Shores Village Council was held
on February 9, 1939.
The Mlayor and all members of the Council, along with the Village
Attorney and Village Clerk were present.
The matter of business to be attended to at this meeting was a
proposed "Resolution authorizing certain additions and alterationson Miami

Shores Golf Club House" and upon motion made by Mr. Lindsey and seconded

HOUSE THE SAME BEING PROJECT vIORKS PROGRESS
ADMINISTRATION NO. 3897.

BE IT RESOLVED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
SECTION 1. that the proposed alterations, changes and

additions in the 'Miami Shores Golf Club House now under construction
+orks Progress Administration Project No. 3897, as specified and
outlined in copy of letter of C . Lawton :McCall , Village Manager, of
Miami Shores Village, under date of January 25, 1939, attached hereto
and made a part hereof, also in accordance with proposed estimate of
cost, labor and material of such alteration, change and addition to
said Club House, the same bearing date of February 6, 1939, and signed
by D. V. Godard, Supervisor of said project, attached hereto and made
a part hereof, be, and the same is authorized and approved.
SECTION 2. That the said C . Lawton McCall , Village Manager,
is hereby authorized to perform any act necessary to carry out the
purport and intent of this resolution in conformity with the terms
and conditions as set out.
