07-12-1937 Regular Meeting 1 MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF MIASTI SHORES YILLAGE COUNCIL July 12, 1937 The Miami Shores 'Village Council held a meeting on July 12th, 1937 at the Village Office, All members were present, as was the Village Attorney and Village Clerk. The Clerk submitted the election returns of the June 21st election, certifying that Mr. John J. Lindsey, Mr. F. Scott Kitson and Mr. Frank 0. Pruitt had been elected to serve four years on the Village Council from June 21st, 1937, Mr, Kitson, Mr, Lindsey and Mr, Pruitt took the oath of office and the meeting proceeded, The minutes of the two previous meetings were read and approved. The Council adopted the following tentative budget to be submitted to the Village property owners on July 27th, at a public meeting.
