07-30-1936 Special Meeting MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF MIAMI SNORES VILLAGE COUNCIL July 30, 1936 A special meeting of Miami Shores Village Council was held July 30th, 19360 at the Village Office, a quorum being present. The plan to repair the Co=nunity House was discussed and upon motion of Mr. Lindsey, seconded by Mr. Kitson it was resolved, that the Village repair. said building under the supervision of Mr. Goll, It was also resolved that the Village" build two rest rooms and a new back stop at the ball park, also under the supervision of Mr. Goll, the costs of these two projects not to exceed three thousand dollars, said costs to be paid out of the General Road. and Improvement Fund. After discussing the tentative budget for August 1, 1936 to July 31, 1937, a motion by Cdr.
