In reviewing the plans, structure and foundation, the homeowner has complied with the building code. An on-site inspection was performed by me; all wood is pressure treated, all fasteners are corrosion resistant, with no less than two fasteners in any connection. The 4x4 treated posts are embedded 2 feet into a concrete footing 10 inches in diameter and are spaced 3 feet apart. The good side of the fence is facing out, and the horizontal supporting members face the interior of the plot. The height of the fence does not exceed 6 feet.
