After meeting Mr Gonzalez at the property and checking with the County Records and Speaking
With Mr Torre of Miamidade County Unsafe Structures.We are pleased to submit this proposal
for resolving these violations.
1) Provide all required reports By Licensed Engineer and Contractors
2) Provide Plans by A Licensed Engineer
3) Provide all other Documentation required by the county
4) Coordinate all movement of these documents until permits are granted by Miamidade County
to restore the property to compliance.
NO CONSTRUCTION WORK IS INCLUDED IN OUR COST
ALL FEES PAYABLE TO THE COUNTY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR COST
