During the field inspection I observed 1-2"X8"P.T. wood ledger fastened to the CMU wall with '/2"x5-1/2"expansion bolts staggered @16" O.C.three post columns near the CMU wall were eliminated. Based on the inspection, it is my opinion that the modifications were done in professional manner and in general compliance with the FBC 2014. Please accept this letter as a field medication to the approved plans. Please reference the attached detail.
