The window was installed properly and in accordance with NOA's No. 11- 1114.06 and 12-0516.02, since the existing conditions of the substrate in the openings, contractor fill the void (small space between new frame and precast) with high strength cement of 7,000 psi. This cement is not structural;the new frame was attached to the precast substrate with tapcons as shown in the attached sketch. The new impact glass windows were properly installed and are structurally sound.
