To whom it may concern:
On or about September of 2016, 1 applied for a permit to do the fence
at the property located at 53 NW 97 Street, Miami Shores, Florida.
We never did the work as it related to the permit and as a result of
same, we are requested that the city close out the permit.
We will make ourselves available for the inspector to come out and
inspect.
The property is being sold on December 1 , 2016, and this the only
pending item which may delay the closing.
