The frame around the unit is indeed an ODL Severe Weather frame. The bottom unit is a 22 x 36 Heirlooms deco glass unit. Again,the frame around the unit is indeed an ODL Severe Weather frame. I am very thankful with you for all the help provide to us...But I do not appreciate this carelessness and am very upset for the communications system from the city with Prestige because as per our records writing&filing in The City Hall this new contractor and permit should not be misleading to allow wrong installations again...Because of those mistakes we are the ones who had paid the consequences from crooks that did not pass inspection and it cost us the loss of$2000 for lawyers and$6500 dollars to purchase new windows.Also in our contract with Prestige there are 4 doors stipulated Then why did they request a permit only for the new windows?And for the city employees why they do not read notes that you wrote as per my request about our specific situation? Taking into consideration the prior records to authorize the extension of the permit and called them for a meeting before they make the same mistakes should be done before a contractor comes and ruin our property and our product..Now this project is going to be delayed for weeks,months,and year? Although I understand perfectly your position that things can get out of your hands to follow up specific cases like ours,but I am fiustrated with this results after many times meetings and speaking with you in person to avoid exactly what happened today with the new contractor Prestige who has shown the same bad patterns as the other crook contractor did,it is an outrageous situation.. Such as not to have a framing inspection before to install windows and over 1 inch wood,I called the attention in writing to Prestige project the supervisor carne and show us writing in the permit approved reads 2.8 inches for the frame wood.. Then if this is in writing&reads why the installer did without the framing inspections and install windows on 1 inch wood?And amazedly the inspection passes&Kelly was telling answers like the follow: We are going to put the 3 Inch bucks as your original inspector has requested,according to the city there only has to be ONE inspection,which is the FINAL inspection since ifs a small job.Our installer is on his way.
