To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to serve as official notice of cancelation of the
permit application from 305 Yoga. The permit was for
mechanical and electrical in relation to an illuminated reverse
channel light on 9537 NE 2nd Ave. We will NOT be installing
this sign.
The reason for this cancellation is due to the unsatisfactory
work from Art Deco Signs- the company we hired to pull
permits and to complete the work. We are now engaged in a
legal dispute with this company to recover deposits made to
them for work not completed.
