Design values for entering wet bulb and dry bulb temperature shall be for the indoor dry bulb and relative humidity used for the load calculation and shall be adjusted for return side gains if the return duct(s)is installed in an unconditioned space. Exceptions: 1. Exceptions: • 1. Where public health standards require 24-hour pump operations. 2. Where pumps are required to operate solar-and waste-heat-recovery pool heating systems. 3. Heated swimming pools and inground permanently installed spas shall be equipped with a vapor-retardant cover on or at the water surface or a liquid cover or other means proven to reduce heat loss.
