Dear Mr. Leon!,
The expired permit application,submitted under permit D-6-10-1182 to Miami Shores Village,Building
Department by Stanley Summer of Stanley Summer, LLC to cure a violation for work done inside the
unit without permits. In order to obtain compliance,you will need to hire a State of Florida license
architect or engineer to produce a set of working drawings and hire a License contractor to make the
corrections necessary.
The drawings along with a permit application should be submitted to the Miami Shores Village
Building Department, Miami Dade Fire Department and DERM for approval.
For your records,please note that the plans submitted under permit number D-6-10-1182 were
