Cancellation of permit
I Maria Ruiz owner of property 8951 N.E.4th Ave Rd is requesting a cancellation of the permit WS06-
2326 of shutters.The work started but was never finished.We had comments on the final inspection
and decided not to proceed with the project so all the bottom tracks where removed and structure was
put back to its original look. Pictures are attached to this letter confirming the above request.
