A field Inspection was conducted on 8-1-14, and the methodology used was Visual Inspection on the exposed roof and walls of the structure around the entire perimeter. The top roof elevation in the area that will be demolished is less than the roof eave of rest of the House. Not conflict with the existing roof to remain. The areas where walls to be removed and existing wall to remain connect will be patched to match adjacent areas. Additionally, the interior doors that will be become exterior will be replaced by new doors with valid NOA. (During the repairing process these openings will be enclosed with wood by the contractor as required by the FBC 2010.)
