Dear Mr. Naranjo:
I received a letter from you dated November 20, 2015 regarding the above permit. I have
enclosed a copy of this letter for your reference.
Please be advised that after the above permit was denied by the Village, I decided not to
pursue the projects as submitted. The pergola was never built and the front porch
enclosure was incorporated into a subsequent project(Master Permit No RC 12-14-2759).
I have enclosed a check for$280.00 to cover the outstanding fees associated with Permit
No. RC 1-14-66. Please process this payment and close out the outstanding permit.
