Revision. Narrative. for 2nd Revision.
1. The top elevation of the second floor in the main house was increased in 8" (inches), but
remained the same level top for all windows and doors (see details S-2 §ions on S-8, S-9, S-
10& S-11).
The cross section of the beams was increased in 8" inches. See Beam Schedule on sheet
S-7(all the beams around the perimeter were modified)
On sheet S-8, section 5, 13 & 14 were modified. A new step down the Cabana slab at
ground floor was added.
2. All the vents are showing in the sheet S-2 in the Cabana area. All them have 8"x16" inches, (the
size of one masonry block). In the bottom of the same sheet S-2, we have a note indicating the
elevation 1'-0" above grade &the distance for the corners should not be more than T-0".
All the vents have been provided 1 SQF per 150 SQF.
