Due to existing site conditions there was a need of installing a 2x8 No.2 PT anchored to existing Tie Beam with 1/4" dia. x 3 3/4" long Elco Tapcons @ 6" staggered and a 2x6 No.2 was added to the 2x8 anchored with 1/4" dia. x 2 3/4" long Elco Tapcons @ 8" staggered. Once the correct opening size was achieved the new door was installed as per NOA No. 14-0109.06 To the best of my knowledge and professional judgment, I certify that the structural elements(wood bucks) conform to the design requirements.
