The following are the items discussed and revised in the drawings:
1. Occupancy Type and loads in sheet A-2 have been revised to show only Assembly with
incidental Business & Mercantile in the form of offices and an area for sales of clothing,
etc;
2. "Small Group" part of the tenant space calculated under "Exercise with Equipment" has
been graphically clarified by adding exercise equipment in sheet A-3;
3. Additional exit added in the west side of space and doors have been revised to show
out-swing.Sheet E-2 has been revised to show extra exit sign;
4. Inclined surfaces with a slope of 1:30 have been clearly shown in the plan;
5. Janitor's closet has been revised in sheet A-3 to show rated partition and a new door;
6. Janitor's closet door is shown as rated for 45 min. in sheet A-10;
We have met a couple of times to discuss the plans and the last time we met, I did not have the
electrical sheet revised showing the added exit sign.
