As per our phone conversation,the permit fee due is$1483.00.
This includes the building permit and MEP trades. Once this is paid you will receive an e-mail to start from the Building
Official.
The plans will still need to be corrected, reviewed and approved before we issue the permit or schedule inspections.
Since the plans are still pending further reviews, please note there will be additional review fees due when the plan
review is complete and approved.
