We propose hereby to furnish material and labor, complete in accordance with specifications below for the sum of
Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety And 15/100 Dollars.
• Disconnect fan coil drains in (8) rooms and reroute into closet and run down through the floor slab and
install (2) new main 1-1/4 PVC drain piping install above existing ceiling on the first floor of the Webber
building.
• Room#250 & 252 in one common drain to below
• Room#251 & 253 in one common drain to below
• Room#254 & 256 in one common drain to below
• Room#255 & 257 in one common drain to below
• Room#258 Replace chill water riser pipe insulation located in the closet with 1-1/2" foamglass pipe
insulation and new rubber back to the fan coil connections.
• The drain piping in the closet room closets shall be 3/4" PVC and insulated with 1/2" rubber insulation
• Floor penetration and fire caulking in the closets included.
• Approximately 150' of drain piping located in the ceiling of the first floor shall be insulated with 3/4"
thick rubber.
• Main drain piping shall run into the mechanical room and out through the east wall to a French drain.
• Install French drain well in ground outside mechanical room east side included.
• Daily clean up included.
• Work to be done during the hours of 7:00am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
• Labor 122 Hrs. @ $75.00=$9150.00
• Material $1290.15
• Scissor Lift Rental $550.00
