Dear Construction Dept and Planning and Zoning Board.
As a new homeowner in the community, we feel in love with the community after looking for a home for 8 months.
As we appreciate your assistance in obtaining all of the building permits and planning and zoning approvals, we
unfortunately have to sell the property due to a number of issues. Therefore, we have decided to put the
property for sale and continue looking for a place to call home. With that said, we would like for the approved
building permits to be canceled as we will not be doing wont on the property and have not done any work on the
property.. In addition, we are requesting an inspection showing you that the work has not been done.

Hello Ismael,
I was in on Friday where I spoke to Joanna from your office concerning the property located on 225 NE 105 to
street,
Miami Shores, FI. 33139. We have approved building permits and I have paid all of the fees associated with the
permit. Joanna, indicated that all I needed to do is to send you a letter signed indicating that I am canceling the
approved permits and that could be done before or after the closing. Today,the buying realtor came to city hall and
indicated that the letter needs to be submitted before the closing and that the home needs to be inspected prior to the
closing. I am enclosing an email copy of the letter with hard copy to follow via mail, and hope that we can schedule an
appointment to inspect the property tomorrow so that we can have our closing. If you could please respond, it would
be appreciated, as I have left a message on the voicemail for the building dept.
