Installation must be by a Factory Trained 'Qualified Applicator' approved and licensed by 3M Company. 3M Company shall supply a list of approved applicators to the authority having jurisdiction. 5. Calibration of the Foam Dispenser RTF 1000 dispensing equipment is required before application of any adhesive. The mix ratio between the "A" component and the "B" component shall be maintained between 1.0-1.15 (A): 1.0 (B). The dispense timer shall be set to deliver 0.0175 to 0.15 pounds per tile as determined at calibration. Polystick TU Plus should be back nailed in designated area marked "nail area, area para clavar" on the face of membrane, with the above stated nails and/or disks. The head lap membrane is to cover the area being back -nailed. (Please refer to applicable local building codes prior to installation.) 3. All seal lap seams (selvage laps) must be rolled with a hand roller to ensure full contact. 4. All fabric over fabric; and granule over granule end laps, shall have a 6" wide, uniform layer of Polyglass Polyplus 55 Premium Modified Flashing Cement, Polyglass Polyplus 50 Premium MB Flashing Cement, Polyglass PG500 MB Flashing Cement, applied in between the application of the lap. The use of mastic between the laps does not apply to Polystick MTS. 5. A maximum of 6 tiles per stack are allowed when loading tile on the underlayments. Refer to the Polyglass Tile Loading Guidelines. See General Limitations 49 and #10. 6. Battens and/or Counter -battens, as required by the tile manufacturers NOA's, must be used on all projects for pitch/slopes of 7/12" or greater. It is suggested that on pitch/slopes in excess of 6 '/4"/12", precautions should be taken, such as the use of battens to prevent tile sliding during the loading process. 7. Minimum cure time after membrane installation & before loading of roofing tiles is Forty -Eight (48) Hours. 8.
