Dear Building Official:
This letter is issued to inform you that Florida International Engineering & Testing Laboratory
has been retained by the owner, to perform an inspection of the kitchen addition area, interior remodeling
and garage conversion . On January 29, 2015 representatives of Florida International Engineering &
Testing Laboratory performed an inspection at the referenced site.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION..,
During our site visit, the following item was covered in the meeting:
• Surveyed a detailed visual inspection of the property after final stage.
• Photographs were taken.
• Reviewed the provided plans and photographs.
Based on our methodology of inspection and testing:
• After reviewing provided plans, photographs, and permit card from city of Miami Shores Village
Building department, Florida International Engineering it was observed the construction work
mentioned above is complete and all required inspections by building officials have been
approved, all work (masonry reinforcement, concrete footing , concrete beam, steel beam,
concrete columns, windows and doors, also electrical, mechanical and plumbing) is in accordance
to approved plans and revisions. All work done is satisfactory and in compliance with Florida
Building Code 2010.
