PROJECT SHOULD BE CLASSIFIED AS A LEVEL 2 ALTERATION.
a. References to Level 1 Alteration have been deleted. Sheet T01 is revised to read Level 2
Alteration only.
2. ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO EXISTING BUILDINGS OR FACILITIES SHALL COMPLY WITH
SECTION 202 OF THE 2010 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ACCESSABILITY. SHEET AS 100, SHOW
THE LOCATION OF THE REQUIRED ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING STALLS AND ACCESSIBLE
ROUTE TO THE BULIDING.SHEET A401, DETAIL 11, PARTIAL FLOOR PLAN FOR THE BATHROOM,

THE BOTTTOM SECTION OF THE DETAIL, PLEASE SHOW THE HIGTH OF THE CHANGE OF
ELEVATION. WALL SECTION 3/A310. THERE IS A DROP OF MORE THAN 30" ON THE OPOSITE
SIDE OF THE DECK AT THE COVERED SERVICE RECEPTION, THE RAILING ONLY EXTEND TO 39-
3/4". FBC, SECTION 1013.2 REQUIRES THE GUARDS TO BE 42" ABOVE ADJACENT WALKING
SURFACE.
a. Sheet A311 Detail 2 has been revised to include the existing lawn berm that slopes down from

a. Stair construction details (number of treads and depth, number of risers and height, nosing;

5. SPECIFIED THE WIDTH OF CORRIDOR 115
a. Corridor 115 is an extension of the existing corridor matching the existing width, 5'-3 1/4", as
shown on revised Sheet A100.
6. PROVIDE KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE AS REQUIRED ON SECTION 306 OF FBC ACCESSIBILITY
FOR THE SINKS ON ROOMS 130 AND 123.
a. Knee and toe clearance is not required for rooms 130 and 123 sinks. We provided a parallel
approach, per FBC, Accessibility, Section 606.2, Exception 1 A parallel approach
complying with 305 shall be permitted to a kitchen sink in a space where a cook top or conventional
range is not provided and to wet bars.
7. SHEET A904. N.O.A. 09-0518.09 FOR YKK AP AMERICA EXPIRED ON JUNE 10, 2010. PLEASE
PROVIDE NEW N.O.A. FOR THE PRODUCT
a. YKK AP America has stopped supporting N.O.A documentation. The current product approval
documentation for Series 35H Outswing Door is FL#: 12522.1. Sheets A904 and A905 have been
