RE: Temporary Certificate of Occupancy Request for Master Permit #CC13-2139
Dear Mr. Naranjo
We are hereby requesting the permission from Miami Shores Village Building Department to obtain an
extension on a TCO due to re -roofing the new addition at the Tropical Chevrolet project. The master
permit number is CC13-2139 located at: 8880 Biscayne Blvd., Miami Shores, FL 33138.
The space that we are requesting the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is the area that the
automobile service department serves their customers.
The open items that are pending for final CO/CC approval are roofing final, fire and building final.
We are asking that the extension TCO is issued for 90 -days from the date of approval.
We hereby hold harmless and release the Miami Shores Village and Miami -Dade Fire Department from
any liability that may arise during the use of designated areas in the aforementioned facility while under
the limitations of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
We hereby certify that all means of egress shall be kept clear and accessible and that all life safety
systems will be maintained and operable at all times while the building is being occupied.

Conditions of TCO/TCC:
• If Master Permit expires, the TCO/TCC will automatically be revoked and the space must be vacated.
