These are being requested to be cancelled for the following reasons, which are broken down by permit
number below.
BP2002-432:
This permit number listed above was for Seal Coating & Restriping, which we believe was opened at the
wrong address. For we as the property management company or the owner have never contracted a Seal
Coating & Restriping contract for this property. Nor have we ever dealt with a company (Contractor) by the
name of ALL DADE DRIVEWAY MAINTENANCE. I please request that this be canceled from the system, for
work has never been done nor was never planned to be completed.
SGN-11-13-2598:
This permit number listed above was for Sign work for a tenant that once occupied two spaces at our center.
This tenant no longer occupied the space that they had pulled a sign permit for, and no work was ever
completed on this. No moneys were according to the building departments office ever received on this permit
either. If I could please request that this be canceled from the system, for work was never completed and it is
