It has come to my attention that there is an open permit, #RC 12051568, for my residence
at 2-78 NE 97`" St. This permit was opened by the previous. homeowners, Greg and belly
Miller, in September of 2005 for a new covered patio. I purchased my home from the
Millers in December of 2006 and was unaware that this permit existed. Please note that
there was never any work done under this permit and there is no new covered patio at this
address. Please close -this permit at your earliest convenience. if you have any questions
