Dear Arlenis,
I refer to your email of May a regarding the Seawall Permit mentioned above. I request an extension in
the expiration date of this permit. The reason for this request is that the seawall contractor, Shore
Marine Construction (305) 219-9530, is awaiting the completion of the framing of the pool in order to
proceed with the Installation of the wood on the dock.
As your records show, Miami Custom Pool received its permit last month to carry out the construction
of the pool. This process has already started but is expected to take around 2 months. Accordingly, I
expect that Shore Marine will resume completion of the dock in around 2 months.
I appreciate Mr. Naranjos' favorable consideration of this request.
