The methodology used to determine the existing condition was as followed: A visual inspection was conducted mainly for the foundation by digging the foundation under the as -built wood fence. Wood Post/Foundation :The As -Built Wood Fence built with a VxVx5' long P.T. wood post, place @ 5' on center. The wood post is embedded 2' into the concrete footing and the concrete footing is 1' in diameter and 3' feet deep.
