SITE INVESTIGATIONS AND FINDINGS
An inspection of the residential property were conducted on Jan 10, 2014 to make a better
assessment of the existing conditions of the above referenced Structures. The
methodology used to determine the existing condition was as followed: A visual
inspection was conducted mainly for the foundation by digging the foundation under the
as -built wood fence.
Wood Post/Foundation :The As -Built Wood Fence built with a VxVx5' long P.T.
wood post, place @ 5' on center. The wood post is embedded 2' into the concrete footing
and the concrete footing is 1' in diameter and 3' feet deep.
CONCLUSION
Based on the findings of my site investigation and based on my visual inspections
