Some straps are missing and the others has straps that are not install according to the BUILDING CODE. Each truss needs to be anchored to the concrete beam with metal straps (Minimum numbers of fasteners per straps shall be 6 10d). All nails shall be clinched and the straps shall wrap over the roof trusses).
