Based on our recent conversation, I am attaching the calculations for the perimeter
retaining walls that we discussed. These are submitted in response to your review
comment addressing the depth of standard masonry wall footings as established by the
Florida Building Code. My submittal is an alternate approach to establish both a rational
analysis, together with numeric calculations.
I have primarily addressed the worst cases, which are at the 42" high retaining walls. I
believe the various conditions are self - evident on the attached drawings, when reviewed
with the Construction Drawing also attached.
