Permit No. RC 11 -13 -2579
Date of Construction 2007
Dear Building Official:
I. Orestes Lopez - Recio, having performed a visual inspection of the as -built building components of the above
referenced structure and duly researched documents so as to determine it's appro)amate construction date, hereby
attest that to the best of my knowledge, belief and professional judgment, the visible repairs effected to the stucco and
drywall components of the above referenced structure are structurally sound and satisfy the requirements of the FBC
in effect at the time of construction as stated above.
This structure is also in compliance with the requirements of the approved approved permit documents. I also attest to
the best of my knowledge, belief and professional judgment, the approved permit plans represent the as -built condition
of the structural and envelope component of said structure.
Following is the methodology used to ascertain the previous inspection results.
1. The repairs to the exterior cement stucco were visually inspected and tested via the pin- hammer test as well as
random drilling through the repair areas. The stucco was found to be an average of 1/2 "" to 5/8" in thickness
and in good condition. No spelling was present at any of the repair areas.
Should you have any questions or need any additional information please do not hesitate to contact
me at your convenience..
