Foundation: The foundation for the first step of the deck has been changes to
12 "x12 "x12" footing @48" O.C. with a 4" x 4" p.t. wood post embedded 12" into the concrete
foundation.
4" x4" post: Each post will be attached to the 2"x 6" p.t. wood floor joists with 4- 12d ring shank
nails instead of using 112" thru bolts
