Orestes Lopez - Recio, having performed a visual inspection of the as -built building components of the above referenced structure and duly researched documents so as to determine it's approximate construction date, hereby attest that to the best of my knowledge, belief and professional judgment, the visible visible components of the shutter installation at the above referenced structure are structurally sound and satisfy the requirements of the FBC in effect at the time of construction as stated above. This structure is also in compliance with the requirements of the approved approved permit documents. I also attest to the best of my knowledge, belief and professional judgment, the approved permit plans represent the as -built condition of the structural and envelope component of said structure. Following is the methodology used to ascertain the previous inspection results. 1. The shutter installation was inspected per opening. The distance between the edge of the window and the anchors was determined by measurement at the sill, the header and both jambs at every opening. The anchors inspected were found to be solid -set anchors with a minimum embedment of 7/80. The screw inspected was found to be Y4° 2D ssms at an approximate spacing of 12" on center with a 1° tolerance in each direction as an average. The shutter installation is in compliance with the NOA submitted as part of the permit documents.
