1524.1 As it pertains to this section, it is the respo lsloility of the roofing contractor to provide the owner with the
required roofing permit, and to explain to the our • the content of this section.. The provisions of Chapter 15 of
the Florida Building Code, Building govern the mimum requirements and standards of the industry for roofing
